Touch Trigger Probe
ST3
is a touch trigger probe, which offers fast, accurate single-point data
acquisition with virtually no stylus bending or hysteresis. Force is
constant in all directions and direction-independent. ST3 uses a patented
dual probing principle, where a probing pulse is generated (with a measuring
force of less than 0.01 N) followed by mechanical deflection. It supports
heavy and long styli and allows you to create complex onfigurations
to reach hard-tomeasure features.

Pressure Dial Air Gauge
This
high-pressure pneumatic gauging system provides efficient process inspection
at the shop floor with optimum economical benefits. It works on null
balance pressure system with the provision of an increase or decrease
in magnification and virtually sensitive operating and versatile unit.
Fixed magnification of the unit ensures constant setting and the magnification
knob helps to set the units easily within no time. Its mechanism ensures
free maintenance.Two setting masters (higher and lower) ensure correct
and accurate magnification of reading at all times. The system provides
a pressure-checking gauge with an extra in-built regulator for constant
flow of air without any fluctuation.
Air
Plugs, Air Rings, Air Snaps
Metrology
Instruments brings to you air plugs and air rings required for any make
of air gauge units in the size range of air plugs 4.5 mm to 200 mm and
air rings up to 80 mm. Air plugs are made of hardened alloy steel and
with hard chrome plating, which increases life of the gauge.Air ring
gauges are made of wear-resisting alloys of high chrome content.
On centre-less ground shafts, the measurement of lobbing value is significant.
Air snap gauge/calliper is also available for measuring outside diameters
to check different shaft journals or pin diameter, from size 15 mm to
150 mm with carbide pads, for any make of indicating unit.
