The electronica 2006 show closed with record results. The Machinist reports
During the four days on which it was held, electronica 2006 – the world’s leading trade show for electronic components, systems and applications – set new records. From November 14–17, 2006, the exhibitors recorded higher numbers of visitors at their booths. Furthermore, the quality of the attendees and the international mix among them rose significantly. The economic upturn made its presence felt in every hall. Both exhibitors and attendees alike gave the trade show top marks. According to a survey performed by TNS Infratest, 87 per cent of the exhibitors and 94 per cent of the attendees assessed electronica 2006 as ‘very good’ to ‘good’..more>>
